Islington Creek

This project will address water, sewer, drainage and streetscape improvements in the Creek Neighborhood. It will be implemented in phases similar to the McDonough Street area project completed in 2019. Phase one will include design and the development of the phased implementation plan.  As a Complete Streets project, the design will incorporate accessible sidewalks.

This project is detailed on page 174-75 in the Capital Improvement Plan.
