Welcome to Portsmouth Click N' Fix! This platform allows you to submit non-emergency public works maintenance requests quickly and easily.

Please include your contact information to help ensure a timely response, accurate location details, and follow-up communication if needed. Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email with a Service Request ID. City staff will review your submission and respond as resources allow. You’ll need the Service Request ID to track the status of your request.

A short tutorial video is available to walk you through the features of the Click N' Fix platform.

In addition to submitting requests, you can also view and follow other service requests throughout the City on the portal below or via our mobile app. We've also created Neighborhood Watch Areas for residents who want to monitor issues in their specific neighborhoods.
