E-Alerts are provided for convenience and public awareness. They do not replace or supersede any legally required public notices under New Hampshire law, including RSA 91-A (Right-to-Know Law). Official postings of meeting agendas, materials, and notices remain the legal record of the City of Portsmouth. - No Guarantee of Delivery
While the City endeavors to provide timely and accurate notifications, it does not guarantee receipt of any alert. Delivery may be delayed or prevented by technical issues, user account settings, third-party service providers, or other circumstances beyond the City’s control. - User Responsibility
