Islington Creek

This project will address water, sewer, drainage and streetscape improvements in the Creek Neighborhood. It will be implemented in phases similar to the McDonough Street area project completed in 2019. Phase One in FY27 includes the design and development of the phased implementation plan.  As shown in the figure, the scope of this project covers Dennett Street to North Mill Pond to Bartlett Street. As a Complete Streets project, the design will incorporate accessible sidewalks.
