Lafayette Park - Monroe Street

This FY26 project is a street drainage improvement providing stormwater drainage to eliminate the pooling in Lafayette Park. Funding comes from the Water and the Sewer Enterprise Funds as well as General Funds.
Edmond-Woodbury
This project provides the enabling stormwater infrastructure to drain water and prevent it from collecting at the intersection. The project is in design.
The Creek Neighborhood

This project will address water, sewer, drainage and streetscape improvements in the Creek Neighborhood. It will be implemented in phases similar to the McDonough Street area project completed in 2019. Phase One in FY27 includes the design and development of the phased implementation plan.
Chapel Street Project

This is a Complete Streets project requiring the reconstruction of Chapel Street from Daniel Street to Bow Street. Work will include replacement of the water main, sewer main, and drainage improvements along the street.
DPW Improvement Project

Due to the pressing need for additional space for maintenance operations, storage of expensive equipment and functions of DPW staff, a budget for improvements was incorporated in the Capital Improvement Plan (pg 105) and authorized in July 2024.
