The Office of the City Clerk and the Portsmouth Public Library invite you to register to vote or update your voter registration, at one of two voter registration sessions at the Portsmouth Public Library. Drop in to the library lobby for either of the two sessions on Thursday, September 18 or Wednesday, October 15 from 5:30 to 7 PM. See more info on our calendar.
