The Portsmouth Planning Department and Planning Board are welcoming public input on the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for Fiscal Year 2020 to 2025. Residents are asked to submit projects for consideration in the next CIP by Monday, October 15th. The Planning Board made a public presentation regarding the CIP process and schedule on Thursday, September 20th.
