New Hampshire Supreme Court Strikes Down $3.57 Million Jury Award in Boyle Case
Today the New Hampshire Supreme Court struck down and vacated the $3.57 million dollar jury awarded to James Boyle, Trustee of the 150 Greenleaf Avenue Realty Trust by a Rockingham County Superior Court in February of 2018.
City issues Water Supply Status Report for 2019
The City’s Department of Public Works has published its annual Portsmouth and Pease International Tradeport Supply Status Report for 2019. The report provides a summary of the water system operations for the Portsmouth and Pease International Tradeport drinking water systems.

CITY TO CONDUCT TEST BORINGS ON PEIRCE ISLAND ROAD ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 30
Portsmouth, New Hampshire – The City will conduct test borings on Peirce Island Road on Thursday, January 30 between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m..A drill rig, and flaggers to direct traffic as the work proceeds, will be in place during those hours. The test borings are being conducted in preparation for planned water main replacement on Peirce Island Road.
