City Warming Centers Counter Frigid Cold Tues Jan 11
The City invites residents to come in out of the cold weather on Tues Jan 11 at two facilities. The Senior Activity Center (125 Cottage St.) is open 9 am to 5 pm. The Portsmouth Public Library is open 9 am to 9 pm. Both facilities require visitors to wear face-coverings while indoors.
Portsmouth Schools will be closed today, Friday, January 7th.
