In 2019, DPW interns focused on updating the outfall inventory and priority ranking. They identified and inspected 202 sites and sampled the water at 23 of those sites under "dry weather" conditions.
Stormwater Mapping
Portsmouth DPW maintains a library of thousands of paper maps, dating back to 1809. Some detail water pipes that are still in place and in daily use.
