In 2016, Deer Street Associates presented a master development vision plan for the development of 5 lots located along Deer Street and the newly created city road (Foundry Place). Each of these lots will proceed independently through the land use review and approval process, but have been referenced collectively as the Deer Street Associates lots (Lots 2 through 6).
