Professional Evaluation and Growth
Every professional staff member in the Portsmouth School Department receives written feedback on their practice every year. That commitment comes from Focus Area 2 of the district Strategic Plan, and it is required by School Board Policy GCO, re-approved June 9, 2026.
Better and more frequent feedback builds educator quality, and educator quality is how the Portrait of a Graduate becomes real for students. This section holds the evaluation and growth resources for each staff group.
