The Mayor appointed the Prescott Park Policy Advisory Committee in February 2017. The Committee’s work is rooted in the 2017 Prescott Park Master Plan adopted by the City Council. The establishment of the Committee was a recommendation in the Master Plan’s Governance Recommendations. The Plan, its tenets and the “Park First” vision constitute the framework for the Committee’s discussions and ultimate recommendations.
