The City is a member of the New Hampshire Municipal Association (NHMA) and participates in setting legislative policies for NHMA.  Councilor Chris Dwyer is a member of the Board of Directors of NHMA and reports issues of municipal interests addressed by the NHMA Board to the Legislative Subcommittee.
