Open During Cold Weather EXCEPT INDOOR POOL
The Indoor Pool is closed. All other Portsmouth Recreation programs and facilities are open for business during this cold spell. Please dress prepared for the weather.

Membership Policies
- Memberships are available for Portsmouth residents and non Portsmouth residents. You must have a valid drivers license or State ID for proof of residency.
- You must be 18 years of age or older and out of high school to use the facility.
- All members and guests must use the parking lot adjacent to the building.
