Labor Day Holiday & Election Day Service Impacts 2026

Labor Day

In observance of Labor Day the following services will be impacted:

City Hall: Closed - Friday, September 4 and Monday, September 7. The Clerk’s Office will be open Monday, September 7 from 3 - 5 pm for any last-minute Absentee Ballot requests.

Library: Closed - Saturday, September 5 through Monday, September 7

Recreation: All buildings closed: Monday, September 7

Trash and Recycling: Residential areas with Monday pickup should still put their trash and recycling out on Monday, September 7. Downtown trash and recycling will be collected on Tuesday, September 8.

Election Day

Due to the Primary Election, the Clerk’s Office will be closed to regular business on Tuesday, September 8.
