This project is completed.
The City of Portsmouth has a sewer improvement project that consists of the replacement of existing sewer pipes in Goosebay Drive and also in Corporate Drive from Rye Street to Goosebay Drive (see project area below). The City received bids in March 2024 and awarded the construction contract to Sargent Corporation of Stillwater, ME. This project is completed.

- Work is substantially complete and the contractor has demobilized.
- Punch list items remain to be completed. Final paving is anticipated to occur in the Spring of 2019.
