TRAFFIC AND PARKING:
With the exception of Pleasant Street from State Street to the Square, Church Street (next to the North Church) and Parrot Avenue (from Richards to Junkins - no entry from Rogers), streets are open Downtown to vehicular traffic and parking.

The Hanover Parking Garage will be offering a $5 flat fee parking rate during these activities beginning at 3 p.m.; past experience has shown that space at Hanover Garage is limited for this event.
