Portsmouth Seeking Public Input on Capital Improvement Plan FY2021-2026
September 9, 2019The Portsmouth Planning Department and Planning Board are welcoming public input on the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for Fiscal Year 2021 to 2026 (July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2026). Residents are asked to submit projects for consideration in the next CIP by October 15th. The CIP sets forth a 6-year schedule and financing strategy to accomplish necessary public improvements and meet infrastructure needs.

August 21, 2019Mosquitoes carrying equine encephalitis (EEE) have been found in Department of Health and Human Services test samples from Portsmouth and Fremont in Rockingham County. Residents are urged to take precautions to reduce their exposure.
