August 12, 2019

Since 2006, the Welfare Department has been conducting a back to school drive to assure that every child in the City of Portsmouth has the tools they need to begin a successful school year. The first day of school is just a few short weeks away. We are always in need of sturdy backpacks for older kids. Currently, we are low on markers, pencil sharpeners, and dividers for three ring binders. Thank you for your generosity.
