August 5, 2021Two years ago, the Water/Stormwater Division of the Portsmouth Department of Public Works introduced “Blue, the Happy Fish” as a mascot for its efforts to educate the public about increasing their water use efficiency and protecting Portsmouth’s water resources. Subject Arrested on Multiple Charges Stemming From Domestic Dispute
August 5, 2021Shortly before 1:00 AM on August 5th, Portsmouth Police were dispatched to the parking lot of the Quality Inn at 1190 Lafayette Road for a reported motor vehicle crash. A vehicle had crashed into two parked vehicles in the lot, causing extensive damage.
