You won't want to miss this classical guitar performance by David William Ross. The free performance is part of the Guitar Sundays music series co-hosted by Portsmouth Public Library and Portsmouth Music and Arts Center and is sponsored by Service Credit Union. 

In this 400th year of Portsmouth celebration, SPLASH!, a celebration of youth art month, will again grace the walls of the Levenson Community Room and all the walls of the Library. The exhibit will be on display from Friday, March 11 until Thursday, April 27. Join us for the reception on Sunday, April 2 from 2-4 PM.
