City facilities and services will be affected for the Memorial Day holiday which is observed Monday, May 25, 2026.
Solid Waste Collection
There will be no trash and recycling pickup on Monday, May 25. Monday collection will be combined with Tuesday, May 26.
City Hall and Recreation Facilities
City Hall and all Recreation facilities will be closed, Monday, May 25
Portsmouth Public Library
The Portsmouth Public Library will be closed Saturday, May 23 - Monday, May 25 (Memorial Day to Labor Day the Library is closed on Sundays)
