2024 Full Statistical Revaluation
- Assessments of Commercial Use properties values are now complete and available to be viewed on the Assessor’s page on the City website through the Property Research Tool
- Commercial property owners can expect to receive their individual valuation letters in the mail early next week
- Commercial property records will be available online within the next 3-5 business days
- Scheduled in-person hearings will be held at City Hall. Look for signs inside main entrance
