Market Street Phase 2 improvements will begin with tree removal operations near Sarah Mildred Long Bridge
February 25, 2019Public Works crews will be removing trees in the area across the street from the USS Albacore Museum, spanning the Sarah Mildred Long Bridge and Michael Succi Drive, starting on Monday, February 25th as part of the Phase 2 improvement plan for the Market Street corridor; this work will last a couple weeks.

One-way traffic on Vaughan Street continuing until end of September
February 8, 2019Beginning on Monday, February 11th, traffic flow on Vaughan Street will change to one way heading in the direction of Raynes Avenue and Maplewood Avenue. This one-way traffic will continue until the end of September due to the construction of the AC Hotel at 299 Vaughan Street adjacent to 3S Artspace. Free, on-street parking announced for holiday season

Utility work and closure on Court Street on Monday, November 19th
November 19, 2018On Monday, November 19th, utility work will occur on the intersection of Court Street and Pleasant Street. Court Street will be closed between Pleasant and Church Streets, and the Pleasant and Court Streets' intersection will remain open for traffic coming from State Street or Marcy Street. A detour route will be in place along with signage and flaggers to assist. Work is expected occur between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.
