Chapel Street Project

This is a Complete Streets project requiring the reconstruction of Chapel Street from Daniel Street to Bow Street. Work will include replacement of the water main, sewer main, and drainage improvements along the street.

The City Council authorized bonding or participation in the State Revolving Fund for this Sewer Enterprise Fund project at their August 4, 2025 meeting. Work is anticipated to take place in late winter 2026.
