Sagamore Ave. Sewer Extension Project Survey

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Sagamore Avenue Area Sewer Extension project work session with the City Council was postponed. In addition the original start date of construction (described in the Consent Decree) of June of 2020 has been pushed back. A new start date has yet to be finalized. The DPW prepared this survey to determine how many properties would connect to the sewer at the time of construction and to better understand existing conditions. This information will be helpful as the City Council considers project costs and cost apportionment.

You are not required to answer any or all of these questions. Provide as much information as you are comfortable offering. The survey (click here) should take about 5 minutes to complete. You will be asked in the survey to provide your street address.This is so DPW receives input only from the residents who are impacted by this project.
