The Muppets are back in action in this classic movie for all ages based on the novel, Treasure Island, written by Robert Louis Stevenson. The Muppets set sail in search of treasure, with Jim Hawkins and Long John Silver. 

Join Seacoast Climate Action Now/Portsmouth Climate Action and local experts to discuss issues facing the community. These monthly meetings encourage conversation among community members about sustainability, climate change and it's factors.

In the mid 1970s Portsmouth was undergoing a restoration project that laid the groundwork for the historical charm the city is known for today. At that time The Kearsarge House, which now serves as the Music Hall's Members Lounge, was crumbling and the Music Hall, itself, was permanently closed. 

As librarians, we believe one of our roles is to strengthen our community through sharing information. If you're looking to learn more about systemic racism and social justice, to read more about the experience of people of color in America, or for resources to talk to your children about racism, we have books for you.

Did you know that more photos are now taken with phones each day than used to be taken with traditional cameras in a year?!?  This short introductory class will be helpful for people who want to learn more about how to use the camera in their phone, and how to improve their photos.

It's that time of year again! Look for us at the Portsmouth Farmers' Market once a month from May through September! We will be in the City of Portsmouth tent and can't wait to see you there!
