Read the graphic novel, come to the Zoom meeting and discuss! This month we are reading George Takei's memoir They Called Us Enemy, which tells the story of Takei's time as a small child in an internment camp the American government forced al people of Japanese descent into during World War II. This is a sad and often frustrating history to read. I urge you to really think about what you read and see, and join us on Zoom to discuss.
