July 27: Boredom and Addictive Behaviors: Happiness isn't all it’s cracked up to be
In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore how you are relating to boredom and filling the happiness gap. Are you eating too many cookies, spending more time watching the news or taking extra naps? Using mindfulness to look at habitual patterns can help develop the self-awareness needed to respond skillfully and make healthy choices.
