Poisoning the Well: How Forever Chemicals Contaminated America, Wednesday June 4

Award-winning environmental journalist Sharon Udasin will present her new book, Poisoning the Well: How Forever Chemicals Contaminated America, which traces an ugly history of corporate greed, military impunity, and community devastation, based on original reporting in four highly polluted places. The book introduces readers to people who, while fighting for their own lives, take action to fix a broken regulatory system. Sharon will also offer some room for hope by shedding light on the science that is now breaking down bonds that were for so long deemed unbreakable.
