Visit the Library Lobby from Wednesday, May 17th through Friday, May 19th for a spectacular 2023 floral display inspired by, and in celebration of, Portsmouth and its 400th anniversary! Portsmouth Garden Club members chose images of Portsmouth to arrange beautiful and creative floral arrangements. Although the flowers are fleeting, this annual exhibit is free and open to all!
