Rules and Regulations of the "Top Dog" contest

  • The entry form must be completed and returned to the Office of the City Clerk no later than May 16, 2025. The "Top Dog" contest is open to Portsmouth, New Hampshire residents only.
  • Attach a 4x6 picture of your "Top Dog" contestant. (Pictures are not mandatory, and drawing is not based on appearance).
  • The owner of the "canine contestant" must be 18 or older, and must be noted as the Owner on file with the Office of the City Clerk.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: If your contestant's name is selected from the drawing and the Office of the City Clerk, you will be contacted the First week of June. If we're unable to reach you, we reserve the right to donate the prizes to a charity.
