Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Zoning Board of Adjustment consists of seven members and two alternates. The Board typically meets on the third Tuesday of every month.  The Board rules on requests for Variances and Special Exceptions from the Zoning Ordinance as well as Appeals from Administrative Decisions.
