Capital Improvement Plan
The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) sets forth a six-year schedule and financing strategy to accomplish necessary public improvements and meet infrastructure needs. The Planning Board oversees the development of the Capital Improvement Plan, which supports the Board’s responsibilities to prepare and amend the City’s Master Plan.
Citizen Request Form
Citizen Requests are due Friday, September 18, 2026
Citizens can submit project requests through ViewPoint Cloud.
Before submitting a Citizen Request please:
- Review the current CIP linked in Documents Section of this page
- Visit the DPW Projects page for projects that have been funded or are moving forward
All project requests will be reviewed and unique/new projects will be submitted to the CIP Citizen's Request Committee.
