Military Opt-Out

Important Notice Regarding Military Recruiters

As set forth in the Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015, Section 8025 PHS is required to provide military recruiters with the name, address and phone number of all Junior and Senior students unless a parent has ‘opted out’.  If you wish to opt out, you must provide us written documentation asking us not to provide your student’s directory information to the recruiters.  

There are 3 ways to opt out:

3. You may send a written request to Deb McCann, Assistant to the PHS Principal
