Downtown Workforce Parking Program

The Downtown Workforce Parking Program (DWPP) provides reduced parking rates for downtown employees and business owners in the restaurant, retail, hospitality, and personal service industries – including hair, nail, massage therapy, and tattoo businesses. 

DWPP is also open to all downtown workers of businesses who previously participated in DWPP who work in clerical, customer service, administrative, and support staff positions until March 1, 2027.

To qualify

  1. Fill out the application
  2. Bring application, ID, and proof of employment at a qualifying business to the parking office at Foundry Garage, open 24/7.
  3. Renew every 90 days

Parrott Avenue Lot

The Parrott Avenue parking lot is free and available only to registered residents and Downtown Workforce Parking Program participants. The lot has a 72-hour parking limit.

Foundry Place Garage Program

Qualified Downtown Workforce Parking Program participants may park in the Foundry Garage at a discounted rate. 

Each employee is eligible to buy up to 26 parking stickers per month. Stickers can be purchased in daily, weekly, or monthly increments.

Additionally, the Foundry Place Garage offers covered parking and clean, heated public restrooms on site.

Price: $3 per each 12-hour session.

Parrott Avenue Pilot Program

Parrott Avenue from Richards Avenue to Rogers Street is free parking for everyone, with a four-hour maximum.
Parrott Avenue from Rogers Street to Junkins Avenue is part of the Resident Access Parking Program (RAPP), and the City offers DWPP participants a discounted rate in those spaces.

Note: DWPP participants parking on Parrott Avenue will only pay for hourly rate, rather than pre-paying for stickers at Foundry Garage. Parking on Parrott Avenue will still be first come, first serve.

Price: $0.30 per hour.
