If you wish to cancel your membership you may do so by filling out the Membership Cancellation Form.
- Yearly: No refunds except in the event of a medical situation or moving 25+ miles away.
- Monthly: Cancellation form must be received 15 days prior to the member’s recurring payment date.
Cancellations cannot be done over the phone or online in the MyRec portal.
Forms can be:
- Dropped off at the pool front desk
- Mailed to 48 Andrew Jarvis Dr., Portsmouth
- Emailed to kjokeefe@portsmouthnh.gov
