Complete Streets Program

According to the City’s Complete Streets Policy (adopted in October 2013), the City has committed to “plan for, design, construct, operate and maintain appropriate facilities for pedestrians, bicyclists, transit vehicles and riders, children, the elderly, and people with disabilities in all new construction and retrofit or reconstruction projects,” and to use the best and latest design standards available.
