Join Us for the 9/11 Memorial Ceremony
Members of the community are invited to gather with the Portsmouth Police and Fire Departments to honor the lives lost and the heroes of September 11, 2001.
Location: Upper parking lot at City Hall/Police Department
Parking: Lower City Hall lot and across the street at the tennis courts/playground lot
Arrival Time: Please arrive by 8:40 AM
Ceremony Begins: 8:46 AM sharp
