After School Strength Training

Students interested in working out in our new Fitness Center can join After School Strength Training! Students will be put through a supervised strength training workout each day. This activity will end at 4 pm and the late bus will be available to ride students home. Strength Training is open to students in grades 6, 7, and 8. Space is limited to 15 students.
Students should see Mr. Denning in the gym (or in the library during success block) to sign up.
